At Tech Repair Hub, we stand by the quality of our work and the parts we use. That’s why we offer a warranty on all repairs and replacement parts for your peace of mind.
What’s Covered
Parts & Labour: All parts replaced and the labor involved in your repair are covered under warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of service.
Workmanship Guarantee: We guarantee that your repair was carried out professionally and to a high standard. If an issue arises due to the repair, we’ll fix it at no additional cost.
What’s Not Covered
Damage caused by drops, water, impact, or misuse after the repair
Software issues, viruses, or data loss not related to the repair
Devices that have been opened, tampered with, or repaired by a third party after our service
Battery degradation over time (common with older devices) unless recently replaced by us
Pre-existing damage or faults unrelated to the repair
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact us with your name, device details, and a description of the issue.
We’ll schedule a visit or advise the next best steps.
If the issue is covered under warranty, we’ll carry out the repair at no cost to you.
Important Notes
Proof of original repair (e.g., invoice or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the customer and device listed on the original invoice.
We reserve the right to assess the device before confirming warranty coverage.
